AI Relief tokens are prepaid credits for the generator. Every account starts with 30 free tokens, packs start at $19 AUD, and one balance works everywhere: on this site, in Commander, and in the Design Suite.
How it works
Three steps inside the Design Suite. Tokens are only taken when a step completes; a step the platform fails to finish gives its tokens straight back.

A full describe-and-carve round is 9 tokens. Every new account gets 30 free, enough for three rounds. CNC3D Business plans add 100 tokens a month on Business and 300 on Business Plus, and every top-up renews your whole balance for another 12 months.
Token packs
One-off packs, no subscription needed. Paid in Australian dollars by card through Stripe. The bigger the pack, the less each token costs.

Before you buy: the rules
You will be asked to read and agree to the AI Relief token terms (version v1-2026-10-02) before every purchase, on this site and in the apps. The short version:
Once paid, token packs cannot be refunded under any circumstance: change of mind, pictures or reliefs you do not like, unused tokens, duplicate purchases, or tokens that have expired. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Tokens expire. Every token on your account expires 12 months after your most recent purchase or plan allowance. Any pack renews the whole balance for another 12 months. Expired tokens are not refunded.
- Results are generated by AI. No particular result is guaranteed. Review every relief on screen before you cut material.
- Failed generations are returned in tokens. If the platform cannot finish a generation, the tokens it charged come back automatically. A finished result you do not like is not a failure.
- Your pictures, your rights. Upload only pictures you have the rights to, and do not request unlawful or harmful content. Misuse can end AI access without a refund.
- Plan allowances are credited monthly while the plan is active, follow the same expiry, and are never paid out.
The simple rule. Tokens are prepaid generation credits, consumed as you generate, never refunded, and good for 12 months from your latest top-up. These terms sit alongside the general CNC3D Business Terms of Use.
