Priority Support is our separate paid service for the machine side: CNC3D Commander, the CNC3D Design Suite, controllers and connected machines, and associated CAD / CAM software. Buy credits from the dashboard at /support/credits whenever you need them, during business hours. Warranty issues on CNC3D hardware stay free via the standard warranty process.
