Help us build the platform makers actually want.
We're a small team on the Gold Coast doing the kind of work where what you ship on Tuesday is in real customers' hands by Thursday. No corporate ladders, no 18-month roadmaps, no week-long sprint ceremonies. Just shipping good software for people who make stuff.
What it's like here
- ✓Small team. Big surface area. Engineers ship features end-to-end, including talking to the customers who'll use them.
- ✓Hybrid Gold Coast / remote. Workshop and office in the same building, you're welcome any day. Remote-friendly for the parts of the role that don't need a machine.
- ✓Real machines on site. Want to learn CNC, plasma, laser, 3D printing? They're downstairs.
- ✓Open-source DNA. Most of our customer base came from open communities. We respect that.
- ✓No bullshit on titles or hierarchy. Best ideas win.
Roles we're thinking about
Nothing officially open at this exact moment, but we're always interested to hear from the right people. If any of these sound like you, drop us a line.
Full-stack engineer
ASP.NET Core + Next.js + MySQL. You've shipped real product, you're comfortable owning a feature from the database up to the React component. Bonus if you've touched payments / Stripe.
VB.NET / WinForms engineer
Yes really. CNC3D Commander and the Design Suite are big legacy-friendly Windows desktop apps. Hard problems live in here. Bonus if you've done G-code parsing, CAM, or HID device integration.
Customer support engineer
You like helping people solve hard problems with machines. CNC / 3D printing background a plus. You'll be the human face of the platform for most customers.
Generalist (the ‘everything else’ person)
Marketing copy on Monday, product docs on Tuesday, photographing a new machine for the catalogue on Wednesday, helping a customer on Thursday, edit a YouTube video on Friday. You'll know if this is you.
Throw your hat in.
